BREAD WITH A BITE
2 Slices crusty bread
3 Cloves garlic
3 Birdseye chillies
2 Tablespoon Leeshack Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of salt per slice
Ground black pepper corns to taste
Cut 2 slices of crusty bread approximately 20mm thick.
Chop garlic & chillies and place in a small dish with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Leave for 10 mins.
Stir mixture and spoon over the bread, cover the bread evenly using the back of the spoon or knife.
Sprinkle with salt & ground black pepper.
Place under a hot grill for a few minutes.
Goes great with the old bacon and eggs.
