BOK-CHOY WITH GARLIC

1 Onion
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Bunch Bok-Choy
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce (sweet)
½ Cup chicken stock
Salt & pepper to taste.

Slice onion, garlic and place into a wok with a tablespoon of Leeshack extra Virgin Olive Oil (Pungent/grassy taste).
Saute onion until transparent then add the sliced Bok-Choy and the chicken
stock and soya sauce.
Cook for about 5 mins.
Can accompanying many dished we love it with curries.
