CONDIMENTS
When
we where growing up the only things that were on the
table at meal times was salt, pepper , a bottle of
tomato sauce and maybe some bread.
Now
days we always enhance our meals with little
tit-bits that not only make the meals more
interesting but also more tasty.
Depending
on the type of food we are serving the condiments
can vary from a selection of olives to fiery
sambals, from sweet tastes to sour or a mixture of
both.
When
we serve bread we always provide a pungent Extra
Virgin Olive Oil with it and when we serve hot food
we always provide cucumber for those people who
might find the fiery chillies a little to hot.
We
have collected a number of these little tit-bits in
our travels we hope you enjoy them.
